I mean who else displays the engine displacement value there? EDIT: minus an older Mustang or a Shelby Cobra.

Tough to dick-swing with Mercedes these days.

I dunno but I support this!
Every car company should do it since the model at the back doesn't equal displacement most of the time

Don't some Mustangs say 5.0 on the side? :p

We will gloss over that for this argument.

That doesn't count. That's in cubic inches rather than liters. :-P
Even though I said: "displacement value"

The bmw Z4 has the displacement there.

Dodge. My 3.5L is there. It's even High Output. Mazda did/does it on the 3. My bike says 1300 on it so that is another. Not sure why this would be considered exclusive.

Why not, they get plenty of other things from Mercedes.

They would be if they were showing a displacement 0.1 L over the actual displacement.

My Mother's Charger has the 3.5 L HO insignia. And most HEMI Rams say 5.7 on them.

My dad's old X3 had it there, the Z4 has it there, the Audi S5 has it there.
